From time to time, I have to cut a song when the show is running long. Today, we feature such a case.
Tom Waits is a slightly insane genius songwriter with a voice that's been soaked in whiskey and then dragged across gravel for an hour or two. This video for his song "Tempation" is classic Waits. The clip, like the song itself, is a tad bit off kilter, nay very off kilter. Now, you might be asking how does this relate to Oscar Wilde? Well, Oscar did say "I can resist anything but temptation."
